How our standards are stored and shipped ?

The standards stored at +8°C are shipped at room temperature.

The standards stored at <-15°C are shipped in a styrofoam box with ice pack. We don’t use dry ice

Where the storage conditions can be found ?

On the delivery note, the COA, the label of the vial, and in the product page on our website.

What is the INCOTERM used ?

We shipped in DAP conditions, the customs fees will be at the consignee’s charge.
