Information of COA
Is the COA included inside the package ?
No, the COA can be downloaded from our website with the batch number and the ID code mentioned on the vial.
Ordering process
Who can order our products ?
We accept order from public and private company and university. We cannot ship to an individual.
What are the payment method ?
Payment can be done by wire transfer, or by credit card if the order is placed through our website.
Storage and shippment
How our standards are stored and shipped ?
The standards stored at +8°C are shipped at room temperature.
The standards stored at <-15°C are shipped in a styrofoam box with ice pack. We don’t use dry ice

On the delivery note, the COA, the label of the vial, and in the product page on our website.
What is the INCOTERM used ?
We shipped in DAP conditions, the customs fees will be at the consignee’s charge.
